Ana Regina was born in the state of Minas Gerais, Brasil, where she grew up and attended college. She has a bachelor's degree in Economics. Her work experience includes over 10 years in the hospitality industry both in Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro. In 1992 she moved to Florida and in 1997 she became the first Brazilian to own an Allsate Agency. During 8 years her agency achieved the highest recognition within Allstate,  both locally and nationally. In 2006 Ana Regina decided to move to the independent market being able to represent multiple carriers  and service clients in a broader way. She is the founder and principal  of  American Insurance Point.  Ana Regina is also fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and conversational French.
